Fun & easy ways to support Treehouse
Support the Treehouse Childhood Cancer Initiative as we deliver on the promise of precision medicine so that all children with cancer can be cured.
When you click “donate,” you will be redirected to the UC Santa Cruz Giving site, connect.ucsc.edu, to make a direct donation to the Treehouse Childhood Cancer Initiative.
From nominating us as a charity with your employer’s matching gift program to sharing our posts, there are plenty of ways to support the pediatric cancer genomics research of the Treehouse Childhood Cancer Initiative, all year long.
Employer matching gift programs
Amplify the impact of your support by leveraging your corporate employer’s matching gift. Check with your benefits administrator to see if your company will match your donation of time or money. After you complete some paperwork, your company’s matching gift will double your donation.
Show your support for Treehouse’s mission by wearing our name next to your heart. The Treehouse shop on Cafe Press is where you can order swag. Important: This revenue does not go to Treehouse: If you want to support us financially, please consider a donation instead.
Support Treehouse’s Brave the Shave Fundraiser
Once a year, we hold a head shaving fundraiser to support St. Baldrick’s, a volunteer-powered charity that funds Treehouse — and donates more in childhood cancer research grants than any organization except the U.S. government. There’s still time to make a year-end donation here.
Support us on Giving Day
Giving Day is UC Santa Cruz’s exciting 24-hour, annual online fundraising drive to support student, faculty and campus programs. It’s a day of giving and gratitude as friends and family contribute to UC Santa Cruz community initiatives. Watch for details at givingday.ucsc.edu. Giving Day 2020 is April 22.
